PPGIS Examples: Looking for patterns
To be included in this list
of examples, the example must be completed, even if the project continues. For
example, even though there is much work left to be done, the South African project
completed a process of mapping. As the project continues, it might produce multiple
examples (rows in the grid) of how PPGIS can be applied/used in that same setting.
Hypothetical and incomplete cases are not currently welcome here (although that
might change in the future).
It is also worth noting that at this point we are trying NOT to get too specific about definitions. If these examples have some sort of resonence, then maybe we will go back and work more on defining terms like "succesful" and "group". Until then, you might check out the papers on the main ppgis page at www.crssa.rutgers.edu/ppgis.
